Renovation

This renovation project transformed a neglected property into a safe, modern, and functional living space, all within a tight budget. The house required extensive work, including addressing crumbling plaster, damaged flooring, layout inefficiencies, and safety hazards. We began by completely stripping the property, reconfiguring the layout to maximise space and functionality. The home was rewired, replumbed, replastered, and redecorated, ensuring it met fire regulation standards and was ready for letting. Outside, we removed the rotten decking, repaired the fencing, and added grass to where the decking once was. The result is a fully refurbished property that combines safety, style, and practicality, all while staying within budget.
